Kangeiko
Each year, in the last week of January, we practice Kangeiko — Special Winter Training.
In a test of mind and spirit as well as body, we train from 6am until 7am Monday through Friday. Then on Saturday, we sleep in, training from 8am until 9am, then celebrate together by eating breakfast at a local restaurant.
All ages and ranks are encouraged to participate in Kangeiko training. Families are invited to the Saturday morning breakfast.
Challenge yourself to train all of the Kangeiko mornings as well as your regular evening classes. You will feel different at the end of the week!
